A Winged Victory for the Sullen is the new musical duo consisting of Dustin O’Halloran and Adam Wiltzie. Director Christopher Hewitt of Knucklehead Films has directed a stunning new video for their track Requiem for the Static King Part One.

“We started investigating video ideas with many different directors as early as April 2011, to no avail, except for blowing currency on apocryphal hopes. Mr. Hewitt delivered us a storyboard idea around the first week of October last year, and it was well worth the wait. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by people like him, and the team at Knucklehead Films. In the end we have inspired each other, and I can only hope we will work together again before I check out of this place….” – Adam Wiltzie

Their self titled album is available now via Erased Tapes.
